Order Process & Returns

Delivery of orders
All items will be dispatched via the method you choose at checkout the same working day if ordered before 2pm
Generally items are sent by Royal Mail unless otherwise stated

Returns and Cancellations
Items can be returned /orders cancelled by giving us notice that you are returning within 7 days and the item must be received within 14 days.
As soon as received we will credit you by the method in which you paid.

If in the very rare circumstance that you order and wish to cancel the order before its been dispatched we will refund you straight away.
